Where do the fee numbers come from?

Shopee SSFS (shipping fee claim service): RM0.28 per order, RM0.18 for Preferred Sellers (effective 1 March 2026), an opt-in service that files courier-fee claims for you when a parcel is lost or delayed. Is the SSFS RM0.28 fee charged on every order?

No, SSFS is opt-in and only sellers who enrol pay it. The service charges per order and, when a qualifying incident happens, recovers your courier fee. If you are not enrolled, set the toggle to “Not enrolled”, the calculator will not deduct it.

I don't know my platform commission. Where do I find it?

Commission varies by category, seller tier and promotions, and it changes, that is why the calculator takes your number instead of guessing. Open your Seller Centre → fee / commission page and copy the rate for your main category. Most Malaysian sellers are between roughly 2% and 10%, but confirm yours: the whole point of this tool is not guessing.

What does this calculator not include?

It is a per-order estimate, not a settlement statement. You can add your own optional lines above, transaction/payment, programme/service, pay-later, and fixed fees, using figures from your Seller Centre. The RM0.54 platform support fee is a toggle because some sellers are exempt. Still not included: promo discounts you fund, voucher costs, advertising, return/refund losses, and storage.
